Partnerships don’t die on the offer — they die on blind spots: where’s the request, what stage, when’s the payout. While truth lives in chats and spreadsheets, every day starts with “remind me”. We built a cabinet people actually open: statuses, projects and payouts on a dark canvas with one orange accent.

Why it matters
Partnerships rarely die on the offer. They die when nobody shares the same picture: where’s the request, what stage is the deal, when’s the payout. While truth lives in chats and spreadsheets, every day starts with “remind me” and midnight screenshots.
We built a cabinet people actually open: registration, login, statuses, projects and payouts in one place. Not a “how it will look” slide — a tool that already moves money and trust.
How it works
A partner signs up, picks Referral or White-label, and gets access after moderation.
Then the loop is simple: submit a task → see the status → know the next step → track the payout. One cabinet instead of chats, spreadsheets and “please remind me”.
What’s inside
A full partner-network cabinet, not a landing page. Dark sidebar on the left: home, clients, partners, deals, payouts, reports, settings, legal profiles, partner applications and an activity log.
Home shows live KPIs: clients, partners, closed deals, sales total, accrued commissions and “to be paid”, plus charts by day and month, a status funnel, top partners, sources and services. Data updates in real time.
Clients is the database of companies and contacts partners hand over: search, status tabs (under review / approved / in work / closed / duplicates), filters by partner, service, source, budget and date, add-client and Excel export.
Partners is the whole network: activity, clients, deals, sales, commission and balance. Separately — join requests (Referral / White-label) and moderation. Payouts and commissions live in the panel, no side spreadsheets. UI built for daily work, not for a deck.
What we delivered
TIVONIX build — 1 week. Designed the partner workflow, shipped registration, login and deals, polished UI (grid, statuses, empty states) and went live on Railway.
Outcome
A live panel partners actually open — they run deals and see payouts. Not a “how it will look” demo, but a product already in use.
